About Me
I love intellectual challenges: the messier, the better.
After 15 years working in five venture-backed companies, I know what's important, when it starts to matter, and how to design foundations that stand the test of time.
Most operators specialize in one focus area. I've built systems in product development, policy operations, and a company-wide program management function. This means I see the big picture, anticipate challenges, and know how to make cross-functional teams work together.
My approach is grounded in minimum viable process: just enough structure to keep things running smoothly. I also bring a trauma-informed perspective shaped by 400+ hours as a crisis counselor. In high-stakes environments, the ability to read the room and de-escalate tension is just as critical as the roadmap itself.
I like cats, neighborhood walks, and surprise encounters with obscure historical plaques. I rebelled against my academic upbringing in the most boring way possible: for-profit work.
